Questions

Before you start

Do my students pay anything?
No. Students never pay through nadwati. Your plan is the only charge, and you can start on the free trial.
Do I need Zoom?
No. Pro, Business and Business Plus include built-in video rooms for calls and lives, in the app and in a browser. On Starter, or if you prefer, paste your own meeting link and the app opens it.
I already use Calendly.
Connect it in your settings. Students book on your Calendly page, and the bookings show up in your space like any other.
Can students join from a computer?
Yes. They sign in at nadwati.com to join lives and calls in the browser. Your booking page needs no account or app at all.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan in the Studio. If you don't, the space keeps working for 7 days and is then paused until a payment is made. Nothing is deleted.
Are sessions recorded?
No. Built-in rooms are not recorded, and the terms ask everyone not to record without the consent of the people in the room.
Can I get my own app?
On Business Plus. It is the same app, built with your name and icon and locked to your space, and it stays in the stores while your plan includes it.
Can my assistant help?
On Pro, Business and Business Plus. You choose what each assistant handles: bookings, lives, support, posts or leads. They never see billing.
