You can delete your nadwati account at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app. This covers the nadwati app and the apps coaches publish with nadwati: it is one account, deleted once.
Delete it in the app
- Open Settings. Students: the gear at the top of the Home tab. Coaches and assistants: More, then Settings.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm with your password. An account created from a Calendly booking that never had a password is deleted without one.
The deletion takes effect right away.
If you are a coach
Deleting your account also closes the space you run, for everyone in it: your students and assistants lose access right away, and the space is deleted with everything in it 30 days later. If you pay for a plan, it is cancelled for you — the period you already paid for runs out and nothing renews after it. Nothing has to be handed over first and there is no waiting period, but there is no undo either, so tell your students before you go.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, password, phone number, profile photo and time zone are removed from your account.
- You are signed out on every device, and your devices stop receiving push notifications.
- Your calendar feed link stops working.
- You leave every space you belonged to.
What is kept
What happened inside a space stays in that space's records, shown as "Deleted user": meetings and the notes on them, support tickets and messages with their attachments, live-session attendance, and the notes and tags a coach kept about you. A space closed with your account is no longer available to anyone, and is deleted with everything in it — meetings, messages and their files, attendance, posts and notes — 30 days after it closes. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 90 days, and we keep information longer only where the law requires it, such as billing records.
Without the app
Email contact@nadwati.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your account. If you can't write from that address, tell us which address the account uses, and we will confirm the account is yours before deleting anything. We delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
